How Our Network Works: Who You'll Talk To

Start with a quick conversation

Who Picks Up the Phone

A lot of people picture a big company with a room full of staff. That is not how this works. Rollingminds Floor Coating is a referral service. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business, and it is the one that does any floor work.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your slab before giving a quote.

  • What kind of space is it: garage, basement, patio or shop?
  • About how big is the floor?
  • Is there an old coating, and is it peeling or flaking?
  • Do you see cracks, oil stains, or damp spots?
  • Have you noticed a chalky look or a hollow sound when you tap it?

Photos can help. Keep them handy.

Questions to Put to the Provider

Myth versus floor: you do not need to be an expert. A few good questions go a long way.

  • How will you prepare the concrete, and how long does that step take?
  • Which product do you suggest for my floor, and why?
  • What is included in the quote, and what could change it?
  • How long should the floor stay clear before cars and foot traffic return?
  • What warranty, if any, comes with the work, and is it in writing?
  • Are you licensed or registered where I live?

The Decision Is Yours

You can compare quotes, take your time, or say no. There is no obligation. A fair provider will not rush you. Quote in writing, always, before you agree to anything.
